10/14/2025 · #233772798 · Cross-case marker — in the parallel Trust civil action (Petitioner's Petition for Enforcement of Trust, Case No. 2025-CA-006430-O), the Hon. Michael Deen dismissed the action (order signed October 14, 2025; e-filed October 16, 2025, #233772798), finding the family division had already exercised jurisdiction over the Saith-Seereeram Family Revocable Trust — returning the Trust dispute to Judge Jackson's division. Notably, Judge Deen had himself previously presided over this very dissolution (Div. 31, Aug. 2024–Jan. 2025), and the underlying Trust conduct — the March 5, 2024 injunction — predated his tenure; he nonetheless routed the dispute back to the family division. With probate dismissed, the family forum orphaned, the Sixth DCA's prohibition denials, and the Florida Bar's closures, this marks the exhaustion of the Petitioner's state-forum options on the Trust (see Prima Facie, Predicate 31, § 31.12).

AdministrativeOrder After CMC (Husband did not appear); fee order to issue; CMC reset to February 9, 2026
AFTER DECEMBER 9, 2025 — SEVEN MONTHS OF SILENCE, THEN TWO ORDERS ON CONSECUTIVE DAYS
December 9, 2025 was the last order of record for over seven months. A Case Management Conference was held February 9, 2026 — minutes only; no written order entered (the Petitioner’s summary-judgment motion was orally denied that day for “material issues of fact”). No further order issued until July 20, 2026 — 159 business days after the last order and at ~10:48 p.m., the night before the Respondent’s July 21 hearing — when the Court entered the written MSJ denial below (the first and only order in the gap). The written order denies for “failure to appear,” not the “material issues of fact” stated orally on Feb 9.

✗ Denied — Petitioner’s MSJ on the non-marital status of the Trust denied for “failure to appear”; no finding of a genuine issue of material factOrder Denying Petitioner’s Motion for Summary Judgment on the Non-Marital Status of the Saith-Seereeram Family Revocable Trust (MSJ filed 10/24/2025, marked “NO HEARING REQUESTED”). Entered 07/20/2026 at 10:48 p.m., ~12 hours before the Respondent’s July 21 hearing; denied solely for the movant’s non-appearance at the Feb 9, 2026 hearing the Respondent had cross-noticed. Lone Jackson order to list Mr. Roen — not Rabinowitz — as Wife’s counsel; the very next order (below) reverts to Rabinowitz.

✗ Overruled in part / ✓ sustained in part — Petitioner’s discovery objections mostly OVERRULED; production compelled within 20 daysOrder Overruling in Part and Sustaining in Part Petitioner’s Objections to Discovery (from the July 21, 2026 hearing; e-filed 6:06 p.m.). Overruled objections to Req. 6–8 (Zelle payments from Truist #9752 to a longtime employee/friends) and Req. 12–14 (Vanguard statements #5872, #0112, #5508) — rejecting the “Trust is not marital / not discoverable” objection and ordering production within 20 days; overruled the Rule 1.351 non-party objection as to the Trust accounts (#5872, #5508, IRA #8987) (“already produced” is no bar — Fla. Fam. L. R. P. 12.280(a)); sustained only the vague Req. 17. Petitioner’s request for an MSJ ruling “DENIED as moot… the Court ruled… February 9, 2026” (cf. the July 20 order’s “failure to appear” basis — two accounts of the same ruling). Service block reverts to “Rabinowitz, Lead,” confirming the July 20 order was a lone deviation.
Part I — Judge Tennis (21 orders, Nov 13, 2023 – Aug 15, 2024): The pre-injunction period (Nov 2023 – Feb 2024) was largely agreed or administrative — counsel substitutions, case-management scheduling, a stipulated continuance — with two contested rulings on the Wife’s motions: her motion to consolidate denied (Feb 2), and her motion to join the LLC and the Trust as parties granted the next business day (Feb 21). From the March 5, 2024 Trust injunction forward, every contested motion by the Husband was denied — several within hours, the fastest in 0.11 business day (59 minutes) — until the Court’s own Aug 15 sua sponte disqualification. Granted 3 (the Wife’s join motion, the Trust injunction, and the Court’s own disqualification)  ·  Denied 10  ·  Administrative 8.
Interlude — Judge Deen (Aug 15, 2024 – Jan 7, 2025): no orders issued.
Part II — Judge Jackson (41 orders, May 8 – Dec 9, 2025): Granted 6  ·  Granted in part 1  ·  Denied / Overruled / Reversed 23  ·  Administrative 11. The disqualification motions were denied in 5–9 business days; the Wife’s granted motions were ruled in ~4 business days.
Net result — not a single order gave the Husband substantive relief. The three rulings nominally in his favor were each hollow: a sustained objection to two admission requests (#226981138, procedural only); his objection barring production of the Trust/LLC/entity records (#226986316) was reversed when the Wife’s motion to compel financial disclosure was granted (#233481154); and his one granted motion — production of the Wife’s mental-health evaluation (#227038375) — was never enforced (his non-compliance and sanctions motion #230856389 was denied). The Husband obtained no substantive relief of any kind.
APPELLATE, SUPREME COURT & FEDERAL ORDERS
Every challenge the Petitioner carried above and beside the trial court — three petitions to the Sixth District Court of Appeal, one invocation of the Florida Supreme Court’s discretionary jurisdiction, and one federal civil-rights action. Each was denied, dismissed, or abstained from — not one reviewing court reached the merits. (The parallel Trust-suit dismissal by Judge Deen, returning the Trust to Judge Jackson’s family division, is shown as a cross-case marker in the Jackson sequence above.)

Fla. Supreme Court9/22/20259/25/2025SC2025-1480HusbandDismissedNotice invoking the Court’s discretionary jurisdiction to review the 6D2025-2215 decision. Dismissed for want of jurisdiction — under Jenkins v. State, 385 So.2d 1356 (Fla. 1980), an unelaborated, no-opinion DCA decision furnishes no basis for Supreme Court review. The denial of review was therefore structural, not on the merits.
U.S. District Court
M.D. Fla. (Orlando)
—4/1/20266:25-cv-01734HusbandDismissedCivil-rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 naming the presiding judge. Dismissed without prejudice on Younger v. Harris, 401 U.S. 37 (1971) abstention — the federal court declining to intervene while the state dissolution remained pending. Now on appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (No. 26-11103), where the matter remains live.
All state-court avenues exhausted. Three appellate petitions (one certiorari, two prohibition), one Supreme-Court invocation, and the parallel Trust-suit dismissal (Judge Deen, above) — every one denied, dismissed, or returned, none on the merits. The second prohibition was denied without opinion, which under Jenkins foreclosed Supreme-Court review as a matter of jurisdiction rather than substance. The sole avenue still open is the federal § 1983 appeal at the Eleventh Circuit (No. 26-11103), which remains pending.
